Pumpkin Cheese Dip

Mix all ingredients well in a bowl, except for 1/2 cup cheddar cheese.

Lay out a piece of plastic wrap and spread some cheese across it.

Plop the mixture in a ball shape on top of the cheese and cover with remaining cheese.

Cover with plastic wrap; an extra piece is recommended.

Using 3 rubber bands or string, position them around your pumpkin to create indents.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, but longer is better.

Carefully cut or take off rubber bands, remove from wrap, and top with the pepper stem before serving with crackers or veggies.
