Instructions

 Preheat air fryer to 350°F.

Mix dry ingredients together before adding the yogurt. Adjust wet and dry as needed to get a dough that stays together but isn’t sticky.

Add a sprinkling of protein powder to some parchment paper on your counter before placing dough. Sprinkle more on top before rolling out the dough.

Add more as needed to keep dough from sticking until your dough is about 1/8 inch thick.

Cut dough to wrap plum halves and spray all sides with oil before placing in the air fryer basket.

Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned, flipping halfway.

Let cool slightly before enjoying and add optional toppings such as strawberry sauce.
