Nutrient Dense Pizza

 Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Make the dough by mixing yogurt, flour, and baking powder if needed. If dough is too sticky, add more flour a tablespoon at a time.

Transfer to a floured surface and knead until well formed. Shape into a pizza base and transfer to a parchment-lined baking tray.

Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with onion and garlic salt.

Bake the crust in the oven for about 12-15 minutes, until golden.

In a blender or food processor, add the cooked beet and minced garlic, adding water if needed for paste consistency.

Once the pizza emerges from the oven, increase the temperature to 425°F and spread the beet puree and other toppings on it.

Return the pizza to the oven for about 8-15 minutes until the veggies and crust slightly brown.

Let cool slightly and garnish with fresh basil, oregano, or red pepper flakes if desired.

 Slice, serve, and enjoy!
